few pages from finished book

I've tried to keep up with the project and to complete one page per day. The book has to be completed for next Monday and I still have 4-5 pages to do.

page 2 is ready now. It is going very slowly...I keep changing the looks and position of verses. Some pages have only one verse, and some will have to have more than 2. This isn't going to look nice, I think.

I did my first page some time ago and it doesn't need any changes. Big changes that is but I have added another head to the dragon. One-headed dragon isn't very scary. Not at all scary.

Last week I finished my Graded Unit project. I think it was successful. Now is the time to concentrate on this project. I have never been good in illustrations nor have I ever enjoyed it. But, what needs to be done needs to be done.

So, let's start creating illustrations for all the pages in the book. I have limited the number of pages and I think 7 double-pages illustrations will be sufficient.

The Castle.
I wanted the castle to look like Wawel Castle. I found some really old drawings of it and tried to copy them. Then I decided that any castle will do and the higher on the mountain it is the better. As there still need to be a dragon cave underneath. So my favourites were castles in Czorsztyn, Niedzica and Sandomierz.
